The Lantern Festival.
February 6this the Chinese lantern festival. According to Chinese tradition, we will eat sweet dumplings which are round standing for unity. Besides, we will enjoying the lanterns and guess the lantern riddles. On this lantern festival, we also have a lot of activities in Yangshuo.
When the dawn comes, we go to the very famous west street to make sweet dumplings. Of course, we have many qualified cooks!
Okta, from Indonesia, is learning how to make sweet dumplings with cook.
Anna, from Ukraine, is stuffing the sweet dumpling guiding by the cook.
Okta also makes one sweet dumpling with the heart shape.
Haha! These are what we made!
This is the date stuffing. We also have some other flavors such as sesame and peanut.
