Trip to Xingping
Once, in ancient times, Xingping was the largest town along the Li River on the east bank of the river. The town is really a beautiful place, surrounded by enthralling scenery. Minibuses from Yangshuo can take you into Xingping for ¥7 and take roughly 45 minutes. These buses leave the South Bus Station in Yangshuo up until 6PM. You can take No.5 yellow bus from the Gas station or west street to the South Bus Station for ¥1.
There are a lot of interesting stuff and handcrafts selling in the Old town.
This is a temple built in the Lotus Cave.
A very good hostel where we stayed over night.
Highlight: Mt. Laozhai. Next time wish we have more luck to see the sunrise.
We made to the top. Tired.
The way back is not that easy. Anyway it was a good trip. If the sun came out, it would be wonderful.
